THE MOVEMENT: Hospitality Now!
Published 13.10.2025
I want to build a movement around #MakeTheTeamSharp. It started with a simple idea: what if Isadore Sharp, (the man who built Four Seasons on service, not spectacle) was in charge of recruiting for the global hospitality industry?
That thought turned into a whole narrative: taglines like “Make the Team Sharp,” visuals inspired by elegant hotel postcards from the 60s and 70s, and a call to bring heart, elegance, and purpose back to hiring. The tone was witty, irreverent, but informed and just how I like it.
Now it’s time to turn it into a real movement. Cultural, visual, strategic, whatever it becomes. Something that builds on everything we’ve already created and keeps evolving as we do.
THE CALL
We’ve got enough panels, conferences, and roundtables.
What we don’t have is an open kitchen for ideas. Somewhere founders, operators, and managers can actually share what works, what doesn’t, and what’s next.
So here’s the idea: let’s start comparing notes. Not to compete but to improve.
Let’s get the great minds of hospitality in one room, virtual or otherwise, and start building something that helps all of us, not just our own P&Ls.
No membership. No keynote speakers. Just operators helping operators.
If you’ve learned something that made your business better, share it.
If you’re stuck on something, ask for help.
Because if we want founder-led hospitality to have a future, we’ve got to build it together. One conversation, one idea, one shared win at a time.
